“Knowledge Exchange Project 2014-2015: German for Fun – Language and Cultural Project for Secondary School Students” was organized by the School of Modern Languages and Cultures, in the Faculty of Arts of the University of Hong Kong. Doctor CHONG Li and eight research assistants came to our school to hold the workshop for our students on 28 February. The workshop included a game of German words, a basic German language course, facts about Germany, e.g. German culture, food and drinks, famous people and products etc., exchange programmes, stays and travelling in Germany, German music and sports, and German festivals and carnivals. The participants had a deeper understanding of Germany after the workshop.
