TWGSS Emerald 55th Anniversary Swimming Gala was held on 24 September 2015 at Tsing Yi Swimming Pool. We were honoured to have a School Management Committee Alumni Member, Ms YU Yuk-ling, as our Guest of Honour. The event started with the procession of athletes and the flag raising ceremony. Afterwards, our Principal, Mr WONG Ip-cheung, Daniel, declared the official opening of the event. There were more than 280 competitors this year. With 17 parents who volunteered to be the official judges, the events ran smoothly. Five new records were set this year. Also, we were pleased that parents and alumni participated in the relay event. At the end, Ms YU Yuk-ling presented the prizes to our winners and delivered a meaningful speech.
