The In-house Training Workshop was facilitated by Mr Edmond KWOK and Mr Louis LEI, representatives of Avantec Manufacturing Limited. They demonstrated the essential skills that teachers need to know when they want to use the Smart Board effectively.
In the workshop, teachers learnt how to make use of the interactive nature of the Smart Board and provide a platform for students to demonstrate their grasp of the subject through touching, drawing, and writing. In addition, ways in which teachers can identify individual strengths and weaknesses through the use of the Smart Board and tablets were also shown.
Participants found the workshop useful and expect to apply its lessons in enhancing the interactivity of their classes.
