TargetLaw is a long-term student support scheme initiated by students taking LLB at local and overseas universities. This year, our students attended a workshop on the Advocacy Exercise and the Legal Advice Exercise, as well as sharing sessions with the Honourable Mr Justice Frank STOCK, GBS, non-permanent judge of the Court of Final Appeal, Mr CEUNG Tat-ming Eric, Principal Lecturer and Director of Clinical Legal Education at the University of Hong Kong, Mr CHAN Sing-nam Sunny, a barrister-at-law, and three trainee solicitors as guest speakers. Our students also paid a visit to the High Court and attended a court hearing. Their understanding of the legal profession was greatly enhanced.
