TWGSS 47th Swimming Gala was held on the 29 September 2017 at Tsing Yi Swimming Pool. We were honoured to have Mr MA Wing-ki, class of 1986, as our Guest of Honour. The event started with the procession of the athletes and the flag-raising ceremony. Afterwards, our Principal, Ms TANG Suk-Ching, declared the official opening of the event. There were about 238 entries this year and 2 new records were set. 6D WAN Cho-hei broke 2 new records: Boys Grade A 50M Backstroke and Boys Open 50M Butterfly. With 54 parents volunteering as the official judges, the events ran smoothly. Also, we were pleased that 4 parents and 8 alumni participated in the relay event. At the end, Mr MA Wing-ki presented the prizes to our winners and delivered a meaningful speech.
