The organizer of World Heart Day was Hong Kong College of Cardiology. Each year, the college organizes a series of conservation activities. The "World Heart Day" heart health carnival and drawing competition held at Happy Valley Jockey Club. It hopes to enhance the public awareness of Hong Kong citizens. At the same time, it hopes the public will be aware of heart health problems and strive to improve their ways of living and change bad habits such as being overweight, lack of fruits and vegetables in their diets, lack of exercise and smoking to enhance heart health.
In addition to teaching visual arts training in the classroom, students are strongly encouraged to participate in the outdoor competition so that they can develop their potential in the competition and observe their peers.
