21 December was a big day at TWGSS. Every student was excited because of the Inter-house Drama Competition. This year, the themes were Gratitude, Aspiration, Teamwork, Acceptance and Faith. The dramas ‘Enantiomer’ from Bamboo House, ‘Nefelibata’ from Camphor House, ‘Dominoes’ from Pine House and ‘The Best Thing There Is’ from Plum House were all brilliant. Their performances on the stage showed the audience how much effort they had made to prepare for their play. Students showed their acting skills, passion and dedication in the competition. Their performances kept the audience spellbound. When the award winners were announced, the participating students wept tears of joy.
Camphor House was the Overall Champion of the drama competition. Pine House was awarded the Best Production Team. 5A Greta CHEUNG, 5B Veronica LI and 5D Angie HO from Camphor House were awarded the Best Directors. Camphor House received the Best Script Award while Plum House was awarded the Best Sound & Lighting Effect Award. 4B Ethan CHAN and 5A Greta CHEUNG were awarded the Best Actor and Best Actress Awards.
