From March 19-21, 2014 ten S3 students from Queen Elizabeth School came to Tsuen Wan Government Secondary School to attend classes. Ten TWGSS S3 students served as buddies to help the QES envoys enjoy the school experience here.
During the stay, students got to exchange ideas and relate experiences of school life in events such as the Welcoming Ceremony, A Stage for You and Me, the Music Competition, the Farewell Gathering, recess and lunch time.
Students’ horizons were broadened, and friendships were established among students from the two schools.
Meanwhile, 10 S3 representatives from TWGSS were sent to QES to experience school life there. Our representatives all found the Exchange eye-opening and it helped them reflect on their own studies at TWGSS.
All the participants highly recommend this programme and would certainly wish to participate if such a programme were held again.
