The activity “Disney Physics World” was successfully held on 27 January (Wednesday) from 1:15 to 5:15pm at Hong Kong Disneyland. A total of 26 students participated in the event. In the activity, students acquired knowledge of various topics in the field of Physics: Gas pressure, Kinematics, Conservation of energy and Wave Motion. As part of the learning process, students took rides in the park, such as the Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear and Astro Blasters attractions, to get a taste of the application of Physics in daily life. All the participants were both elated by the experience and learned a lot from it. They hope that there will be similar activities in the future.
