6B Fong Tsz Lun joined the "Scientific Training and Mentoring for STEM Talents" organized by the Science Academy for Young Talent CUHK, and funded by the Gifted Education Fund, since summer 2020. He was one of the students with outstanding performances who conducted self-initiated research study supervised by university professors in the last stage of this three-tier programme. A symposium was held on 11 December 2021 to acknowledge and celebrate the achievement that students have made over these 18 months.
6B方子璘同學於2020年暑假開始參與由教育局資優教育基金資助，香港中文大學少年英才科學院舉辦的「STEM英才科學訓練及培育」。計劃分為3個階段，成績優異的同學可於最後階段跟隨大學教授進行研究學習。計劃剛完結，方子璘同學在12月11日的專題研討會上分享自己18個月來的學習成果。
