Studying the structures and military facilities of the former Lei Yue Mun Fort first-hand inspired students to learn the history of Hong Kong’s coastal defence. The activity taught them the contributions of the Fort to the defence of Hong Kong, from its construction in the late 19th century up to the Second World War.
