The Louvre Museum is a world-renowned museum. "Inventing le Louvre" presents a large and brilliant selection of works and masterworks from all the Louvre's departments. It explores the history of the Louvre, marked by renovations and profound changes, up to modern times from its origins in the royal collections of François I and Louis XIV. Along the way, the exhibition examines the contributions of Napoleon I and the visionary ideas of the "Republics" and the intellectual movements that followed. The exhibition illustrates the diversity and richness of the museum's collections, displaying paintings, sculptures, ceramics, tapestries, etc. The artwork in the collection is, of course, from different periods. Visiting this exhibition certainly broadened the students’ horizons and expanded their ideas on how to create artwork.
