The Health and Sex Education Team, in cooperation with the Hong Kong Children & Youth Services Sane Centre, organized a series of activities including a board exhibition, a game booth and a talk to promote mental health amongst students. Through hands-on experiences and examples, students learned about the interrelationship between mental health and body functions. Students learned to relax their minds in order to study more effectively. Drugs are bad for the body and should not be sought after for the relief of stress.
