The “S3 Parents’ Forum” and “The talk of subject selection strategies and streaming mechanism, and graduates’ experience sharing” was held on 13 April 2018.
On that evening, S3 parents were invited to come to our school to discuss their children’s performance with their class and subject teachers. After that, our Principal, Ms TANG, elaborated the latest school development, such as the progress of the three school major concerns and gave feedback to the questions raised by the parents. Parents were also invited to express their opinions of school policies.
“The talk of subject selection strategies and streaming mechanism, and graduates’ experience sharing” was arranged for the second session. In this session, Ms LEUNG Hiu-muk gave a detailed explanation of the subject selection strategies and streaming mechanism for all S3 students and parents. Afterwards, Ms PO Tsz-yan invited four graduates to share their experience of selecting the subjects. The experience sharing provided students and parents with a focus on the subject selection and helped students to plan their way forward.
