Lunar Eclipse Observation

Caused by an alignment that sees the moon moving into the Earth’s shadow, total lunar eclipse occurred in the evening on 8 November 2022. TWGSS Astronomy Club organized a lunar eclipse observation after school at Whampoa Promenade. Despite the cloudy weather, students set up the telescope and hoped for the best. Moreover, students explained the astronomical phenomenon to the public and taught them how to use the telescope to conduct observation.
