S6 Power-up Day

To enhance the positivity of our S6 students to face the upcoming public examination, the Student Whole Person Development (SWPD) organized a "S6 Power-up Day" on 6 October 2023.

The event was started with Principal’s words of encouragement to S6 students.  Our school educational psychologist shared stress management tips with S6 students to alleviate their exam pressure and enhance their confidence in overcoming challenges ahead.  We also prepared some small gifts for S6 students as a token of encouragement.  Each S6 student was given a TWGSS Academic Omamori and a pack of handmade biscuits prepared by parents.  An instant photo booth with props was set up to capture the joyous moment.  The live popcorn stall serving our S6 students and teachers with freshly made popcorn made a hit at the event.  Students also enjoyed stress relief activities such as "A Letter to Myself", "Letting Balloons Go" and board games.  It was a prized day for S6 students to relax and re-energize.
