53 S3-5 Prefects joined the “Leadership Qualities Workshop” on 11 December 2023 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The workshop emphasized the importance of self-awareness, empathy and personality in leadership roles. Participants engaged in interactive activities and discussions which enhanced their leadership capabilities and cultivated a positive and influential leadership style.
