Life-wide Learning Day (S1) - Training Day Camp

The Counselling Team organized a day camp on 27th February 2024 for S1 students. S1A, 1B, and 1D went to the JPC Centre in Pat Heung, while S1C went to The Hong Kong Award for Young People Jockey Club Duke of Edinburgh Training Camp. Through tailor-designed activities, students enhanced their communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive attitude towards life and team spirit.

During the JPC camp, students attended an IB fingerprint identification workshop and participated in various adventure activities. Meanwhile, S1C engaged in diversified tasks such as the semi-indoor Challenge Course and High Rope Course. S1 students completed teamwork games and missions under the guidance of coaches. These well-designed activities not only helped students discover their strengths but also developed their problem-solving skills and ability to work with others through appropriate communication strategies.

All in all, students gave positive feedback on the camp as they established a closer rapport with their peers and acquired invaluable skills from these meaningful learning experiences.
