PTA Games Day

The PTA hosted the exciting Games Day on 1 March 2025 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., aiming to enhance parent-child bonds and foster intergenerational communication. This event provided a welcoming break for both parents and students from their hectic routines.

The fun-filled and activity-packed Games Day attracted around 194 participants, including parents, teachers and students. The participants enjoyed a friendly badminton doubles tournament and tested their skills in a basketball shooting game, a sport stacking competition, and two-person three-legged races. In addition to the physical activities and laughter, a visit to the school garden provided a moment of tranquillity.

The creative aspect of the day featured participants engaging in a variety of hands-on workshops. Families enthusiastically made Japanese desserts, prepared salt koji and rice bran pickles, crafted handmade Korean soap, and designed beautiful preserved flower glass displays. Guests also had the chance to create spice racks, frosted glass sake cups decorated with pressed flowers, and enchanting night lights featuring pressed flower alphabet.

The events took place across the campus, including the school garden, hall, basketball court, Home Economics Room, Art Room, Geography Room, DAT room and classrooms, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere throughout the day. The PTA Games Day was a remarkable success and a beloved tradition uniting parents and students.
