Prefect Training 3

On 14 March 2025, S3-5 Prefects engaged in a training workshop from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Throughout the event, they were empowered with the essential skills needed to emerge as confident and capable leaders in the school community and beyond.

Mentors from the Hok Yau Club guided prefects in each group through a variety of engaging team-building activities and thrilling challenges in small, collaborative settings. The workshop emphasized teamwork and provided our prefects with a valuable opportunity to explore the key qualities of successful leadership: unity, trust, and communication.
