To cultivate a school culture of mutual understanding and support, the “Shall We Talk” activity was held on 7 July 2025. Co-organised by the Advisory Committee on Mental Health and the school’s Counselling Team, the event was specially designed for Secondary 1 students.
At the game booths, students collected emotion stickers that were unique to them and reflected their current feelings. They also took emotion-themed sticker photos together, expressing themselves through various facial expressions. Additionally, students were invited to pose with props printed with encouraging words, helping to lift their own spirits and those of their friends. During board games, students shared their experiences and feelings on different topics, fostering open communication. To further commemorate the day, they received small souvenirs such as printed pictures and stationery.
By sharing their thoughts and listening to one another, students had the opportunity to recognize their emotions and embrace their current emotional states in this meaningful and supportive campaign.
