The Counselling Team organised a two-day and one-night camp during November for selected S.2 and S.3 students with a view to strengthening their communication skills and team work spirit as well as inculcating positive values in them. During the camp, students were divided into two groups and engaged in teamwork games and challenging missions under the guidance of four peer counselors from senior forms and two social workers from Scout Association of Hong Kong --The Friends of Scouting. These meaningful activities not only helped students understand their strengths and weaknesses, but also developed their generic skills including leadership, problem-solving, time management and adaptability etc. What’s more, students found this training camp rewarding and memorable because they were able to foster a closer rapport with their peers
and obtain valuable skills from this learning experiences.
