The Third Prefect Training Session

The Third Prefect Training Session was recently held with the aim of sharpening our student leaders' leadership capabilities and fortifying their team cohesion. The session commenced with a meaningful reflection on the experiences gained from the previous Prefect Camp, allowing prefects to consolidate their learning and evaluate their growth as student leaders.

The highlight of the day was a challenging team-building task where prefects were divided into groups and tasked with weaving a sturdy rope net using only hemp ropes—sufficiently strong enough to support a teammate's weight. This hands-on activity required meticulous planning, effective communication, and absolute trust among team members. Through this experience, not only did our prefects enhance their problem-solving and collaboration skills but also learnt the importance of resilience. The training concluded with a profound sense of unity, leaving the prefect team better equipped, motivated, and united to serve the TWGSS community with integrity, commitment and excellence.
