Through engaging directly with artworks, students have deepened their understanding of artistic language, cultural context, and creative techniques. Students were immensely impressed by Chinese snuff bottles in Qing Dynasty and the paintings of royal garden landscaping originated from different cultures. This in turn fostered strong aesthetic sensibilities and enhanced their capacities for articulate expression, reflective thinking, as well as respectful engagement with diverse cultures.
