ECA Leadership Training Workshop

38 student leaders, nominated by ECA clubs and societies, recently participated in a Leadership Training Workshop organised by the ECA Coordination Team on 29 and 30 June 2026. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ sense of responsibility, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills and creativity — capabilities that are essential for effectively organising future school events.

The workshop featured a range of activities designed to deepen students’ understanding of leadership qualities and responsibilities. Students also strengthened their ability to handle adversities and solve problems collaboratively while improving their creativity and innovative thinking.
