Personal Information Collection Statement
- Purpose of Personal Information Collection
All personal data collected will solely be used for the admission process. The data may be disclosed to the Education Bureau authorized to process personal data for allocation/placement and other education-related purposes.
The data will be discarded within 1 year after completion of the admission exercise.
- Provision of Personal Information
The applicant must ensure that all personal data provided to the school are correct, complete and up-to-date. In case of any changes to the information provided, the applicant must contact the school as soon as possible. If the personal data provided are inaccurate or incomplete, the application may not be processed or the outcome of the application may be affected.
- Transferral of Personal Information
The school will not transfer the personal data collected to any third party, unless the applicant has given express consent for a change of use of data or such use is permitted by law.
- Access to and Correction of Personal Information
According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the applicant has the right to access and correct the personal data submitted. For access to or correction of personal data submitted, please contact the School Administrative Executive Ms. LI through email [email protected].

- 個人資料收集目的
所有收集的個人資料只會用於辦理申請學位事宜。本校可能把這些資料披露予教育局，用以處理學位分配或其他與教育有關的事宜。
所有申請人的資料會於本校完成入學程序後的一年內銷毀。
- 個人資料的提供
申請人須確保向本校提供正確、完整及最新的個人資料。所提供的資料如有變更，申請人須盡快與本校聯絡。如申請人所提供的個人資料不準確或不完整，本校可能不會處理有關申請或有關申請的結果可能受到影響。
- 個人資料轉移
除非申請人已明確同意改變資料的用途，或該等用途得到法律准許，否則本校不會把已收集的個人資料轉移予第三方。
- 個人資料的查閱及修正
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，申請人有權查閱和修正他們提交的個人資料。如需查閱或修正已提交的個人資料，請透過電郵[email protected]通知本校行政助理李小姐。
