ECA Leadership Training Workshop

42 student leaders nominated by ECA clubs and societies recently participated in a Leadership Training Workshop organized by the ECA Coordination Team on 8 and 15 July 2024. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ sense of responsibility, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, communication capabilities, and creativity — all essential for effectively organizing future school events.

The workshop consisted of five sessions, each featuring a range of activities designed to deepen students’ understanding of leadership qualities and responsibilities. Participants also strengthened their ability to handle adversity and solve problems while improving their creativity and innovation skills.

Additionally, ECA Master Mr. LUI conducted an in-house session focused on enhancing skills for organizing school activities. Feedback from students indicated that they found the workshop highly beneficial.
